Lindsay Lohan Flour Bombed by Fur Activist
I'm sure most of you are aware of PETA, the animal rights activists that are opposed to killing animals for the sake of creating fur clothing. I am a supporter as well but I believe in prevention and not at tantrums directed towards consumers because if the clothing has already been created, the damage is done. I have enjoyed PETA's campaigns and interesting antics throughout the years but I am now starting to feel a sense of violence from some of their supporters. Somehow, the message got lost in translation. At what point did PETA mention that an activist must hurt a person wearing fur? I didn't get that memo and I was terribly put off and shocked when I saw the video of Lindsay Lohan being hit by an activist on the head by a flour bomb in Paris. PETA should now stand for: 'People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and the Unethical Treatment of People' and perhaps the girl who bombed her should pick up Lohan's medical bill for head injuries.
