StarNow.com is a casting website that provides an online community for those in the entertainment industry to showcase themselves and to find employment. The international website was launched in the UK in 2004 and since then has developed local sites in the US, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland. They recently announced an Australian Model Search for females 18+ who reside in Australia and are giving away prizes worth more than AU $4000. The package to be won includes a feature and photo shoot with Lucire Fashion Magazine, no contract with a modelling agency in Australia - which sounds a bit strange - but a dinner with Chadwick models to discuss a potential one. Rest assured though, our neighbours have come to the rescue and NOVA Models will represent you in New Zealand. Perhaps, this should've been the New Zealand Model Search. The competition is open now until 29th February 2008 but you must become a member of StarNow.com which for a month will set you back around US $10 (AU $11).
